Bob Nobrega is a partner and the COO for the recently launched Devlin Capital. He has been involved in financial markets for over thirty-years, with previous roles including the Global Head of Securities Finance for RBC Capital Markets, Co-Head of Fixed Income for Merrill Lynch Canada and Head of Treasury for Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan. In these roles, Bob developed expertise in secured and unsecured debt financing, sovereign debt markets and derivatives.

Bob has previously served as a board member for the IIAC, chair of the IIAC’s Securities Lending Committee and Member of the North American Repo Council.

He received his HBSc from Carleton University.
